Processing time

Orders are processed within [1-3 business days] (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

If you order multiple items they may ship separately. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order has shipped.

Shipping methods & carriers

● Standard Shipping — estimated delivery [3–4 business days]

● International Economy — estimated delivery [612 business days]

Actual delivery times may vary by carrier, destination, and any customs processing.

Domestic shipping rates

Free standard shipping applies to eligible U.S. addresses only. Additional shipping charges will apply for military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses and remote/island locations (e.g., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands). Rate calculated at checkout by carrier.

International shipping, duties & taxes

We ship internationally to most countries. International shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout (or charged at a flat rate of $59, if you prefer).

Important: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping charges. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the carrier’s tracking number provided in the email.

If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact us at service@ice-mage.com and we’ll assist.

Shipping delays

Occasionally shipments may be delayed due to carrier issues, high volume (holidays), weather, or customs. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll investigate.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect items

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within [7–14] days of the delivery date at service@ice-mage.com with:

● Order number

● Description and photos of the damaged item (if applicable)

● Photo of the shipping label/package (if available)

We will work with the carrier to file a claim and will arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is processed.

Undeliverable packages & returns to sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or inability to deliver, we will contact you. Re-shipment may incur additional shipping charges. If you prefer a refund instead of re-shipping, shipping costs (original and return) may be deducted from the refund — unless the error was ours.

Cancellations & changes

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to cancel or change it — in that case follow our returns process.
